Inês Krusse Gomes is a founding partner of KGSA. She advises companies, institutions in the nonprofit and social sector, public entities, associations, and family offices on contractual and regulatory matters within labor law, employment litigation, and legal and regulatory obligations in the nonprofit and social sector.
She is also dedicated to civil and commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, internal investigations, and matters related to family wealth management.
