Gonçalo Simões de Almeida has been with KGSA since 2015 and advises technology companies and other sectors, crypto-asset issuers, public entities, and family offices on corporate and M&A transactions, litigation and complex investigations, and regulatory and commercial matters.
He also advises institutions in the nonprofit and social sector on corporate governance and on legal and regulatory obligations.
