The deal, which also involved Andersen Portugal on tax and labour matters, was covered by ECO (Real Estate section), Jornal de Negócios (print and online), Jornal Económico, and several specialised real estate publications. Media outlets highlighted both the €125 million transaction value and the additional €80 million investment planned for the refurbishment and repositioning of the asset.
