Cláudia Raposo Correia has been with KGSA since 2021 and advises technology companies and others, crypto-asset issuers, investment funds, and family offices on corporate, M&A, and venture capital transactions; on contractual and regulatory matters involving technology assets, blockchain, and crypto-assets; and on real estate projects.
