Strategic Advisor
Gonçalo has been with KGSA since 2025 as a strategic advisor to management, bringing experience in leading scalable technology projects. His role is to support the firm in creating its future strategy services offering.
In his previous career, Gonçalo participated in and advised technology companies, public entities, and R&D centers on projects involving artificial intelligence, data science, and digital transformation - namely machine learning for real estate valuation, industrial systems, and fusion energy - whether in the context of startups or family offices. His work has included defining innovation strategies, corporate governance and data protection frameworks, and implementing high-performance infrastructure for scientific computing.
